Welcome to Armenian Miracle, an ad service that brings buyers and sellers together.
Armenian Miracle Terms of Use (" Terms " ) regulate relations between “Armenian Miracle” (“ Company ”, “ we ”) and Internet users who have accessed Armenian Miracle (“users "," you ").
You can use Armenian Miracle in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and the User Data Policy. If you do not agree with them, you need to stop using Armenian Miracle.

3. Login to Armenian Miracle

If you have any reason to believe that someone has gained unauthorized access to them, please notify us immediately. 5. User-generated content

6. Communication of users on Armenian Miracle

Messages and calls to users for purposes not provided for by the Terms, violate the law on personal data and cause losses to the Company.
We have the right to record, analyze and store messages made through the Armenian Miracle mobile application. Messages and calls in the app are not private. We may selectively review the correspondence to ensure that we comply with the Armenian Miracle Terms of Use and make Armenian Miracle better.
7. Armenian Miracle communication with users
We can send you:
system notifications from which you cannot unsubscribe: for example, to confirm registration, inform about restricting access to your profile or announcements;
service notifications related to your actions on Armenian Miracle: for example, about receiving a message from another user, personal selections of interesting announcements;
marketing notifications: advice from Armenian Miracle, invitations to participate in research, promotions and news of the Company, Armenian Miracle and our partners.
We may send you messages in the notification center on your profile, to the email address or phone number specified in your profile, to your device in the form of push notifications, as well as in messages on Armenian Miracle. In some cases, we may also contact you by phone (for example, to receive feedback and improve services).
You can manage service alerts and marketing notifications in your profile settings. The settings may differ depending on the device.
8. Deleting your profile
You have the right to delete your profile on Armenian Miracle at any time by contacting the support service. We will delete your profile on Armenian Miracle if you never use it for three years.
Within 30 days after deleting your profile, you will not be able to use the phone number that was specified in the deleted profile.
9. Protection of intellectual rights
Exclusive rights to computer programs required for using Armenian Miracle, databases, graphic design of the interface (design) and other elements of the Armenian Miracle website, brand name, trademarks / logos and other distinctive marks Companies, including those used in the domain name, are owned by Armenian Miracle or the Company.

Without the consent of the Company, it is prohibited to use technical means to interact with the service, bypassing the usual procedure for using databases and computer programs. In particular, it is prohibited to use automated scripts to collect information on Armenian Miracle.
Without the consent of the Company, it is prohibited to use databases and computer programs for purposes not provided for by the Terms. This means that it is forbidden to extract materials from databases and / or to carry out their subsequent use in any form and in any way, regardless of their volume and agreement with third parties, unless this is directly related to the conclusion of a transaction in relation to the goods in the ad. For example, it is prohibited to use materials from Armenian Miracle databases to fill third-party databases. 11. Obligations of users
By using Armenian Miracle and interacting with the Company, you undertake:
strictly comply with all legal requirements;
comply with the Armenian Miracle Terms of Use, ad posting rules, profile and review requirements and other Armenian Miracle rules and Company instructions;
do not call Armenian Miracle users if you - not a potential buyer and not interested in concluding a deal on the ad, do not send spam to users;
do not use obscene language, images and statements that provoke cruelty, hatred or disrespectful attitude, contain threats or insults, justify illegal actions, do not comply with moral norms or business practice;
not to use Armenian Miracle or information posted on Armenian Miracle for purposes not provided for by the Terms;
do not download or use in Armenian Miracle malware;
do not take actions that may interfere with the normal operation of Armenian Miracle.
12. Violations and Consequences
We strive to make Armenian Miracle a convenient and safe tool, therefore we reserve the right to selectively check users' compliance with the Armenian Miracle Terms of Use at any time and at our discretion. To do this, we may use automated methods.
We have the right to take action if there are grounds to believe that using your profile or your technical means, a violation of the law, the rights of third parties or the Terms has occurred or may occur. We have the right to restrict access to your profile or to some functionality of Armenian Miracle, reject or block your content. We also have the right to restrict access to Armenian Miracle from certain IP-addresses and phone numbers.
We may restrict access to a profile in case of receiving complaints from other users regarding such a profile, sending spam, repeated or malicious violations of the Terms of Use , hacking of a profile, the user's failure to provide documents or information at our request, liquidation of a user - a legal entity, as well as if we notice signs of fraud in the user's behavior on Armenian Miracle, or in the presence of other similar circumstances, or if the user registered a new profile on Armenian Miracle instead of blocked earlier.

We are not responsible for possible losses caused to users in connection with the adoption of measures to prevent and stop violations at Armenian Miracle. We recommend that you keep a backup copy of your content on your device.
For violation of the law or the rights of third parties when using Armenian Miracle, you can bear administrative, criminal or civil liability.
13. Final Provisions
The provisions of Sections 2, 3, 6 - 8 of the Terms apply to users registered on Armenian Miracle. All other provisions apply to all Armenian Miracle users regardless of registration and authorization. Any form of interaction with Armenian Miracle (including viewing information) confirms your agreement with the Terms. The Company's obligations to provide access to Armenian Miracle functionality are counterproductive to your obligations to comply with the Terms. When there is no charge for using Armenian Miracle, consumer protection legislation does not apply to the relationship between the Company and users. The provision of certain functionality of Armenian Miracle may be regulated by special conditions.
